My name is Stephen Kui and I currently run StephenKui.com (redundant, isn’t it?) because I love graphic design and art. I’Mauim located in California of the United States, and I absolutely love the climate, attitude, and general feel of the place as a whole. I am currently a student, but my passion really lies in the arts. Throughout my life I’ve been consistently musically and visually inclined in the arts. (Early on however, I learned I have no talent whatsoever in traditional visual art) And this brought me to really explore the world of digital art and even web design.

I started up in graphic design originally as a hobby for fun with small works such as personal wallpapers and forum signatures, but quickly progressed and really took a lot into learning techniques that really helped. From after basic graphic design, I moved into the world of photo manipulations and web design. I focus on HTML and CSS because I work for cross-compatibility with all audiences (I’ve seen a lot of flash recently, and often I really don’t the see purpose in making a page so… *flashy*). However, I learned the workings of Adobe Flash CS3 because so many people find it useful and request it.

In the world of business, I work in addition to my studies with web and graphic design as a profession. With the steep rise in online commerce and businesses, designs that really stand out have become much more important to success. I gladly complete any requests quickly, with responses within 24 hours under all circumstances, because maintaining good cooperation is a key to a good transaction.
